Scope of work

Convert existing single family 2460 sqft house to a 2-family (single family with ADU-SFR in the rear) property. The original house is 960 sqft (new Bldg 1) 1500 sqft in the rear (new Bldg 2). Only the back 750 sqft downstairs will be modified (add sink and associated plumbing to make the back structure a separate dwelling unit. No work will be completed in the original house or the upstairs in the back.
