Refund Policy.

We want you to pay for PermitLeadsHQ only if it is useful to you. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Try it free first

The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Use it to see the projects in your area before you buy anything.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a paid plan and it is not for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

3. Cancel any time

You can cancel a subscription whenever you want from the account page. There is no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

4. After the first 7 days

Renewal payments and payments older than 7 days are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a month. If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will make it right.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email support@permitleadshq.com from the address of your account and tell us you want a refund. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through the reseller that processed the order. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to show up.
