Re-Roofing Maison Bocage Apartments - Building 7706 / Partial Replacement Remove (2) layers of existing roof shingles and felt; Replace with 30-year, architectural Timberline Natural Shadow, weathered wood shingles by GAF Replace damaged sheathing as needed. Install (1) layer of GAF Feltbuster synthetic felt were removed. Install new ice and water shield in the roof valleys. Remove and replace aluminum drip edge where required at shingle replacement areas. Install new GAF Pro Starter on the eaves and rakes where removed. Install new GAF Timbertex ridge shingles where removed. Replace damaged box vents. Replace damaged PVC pipe boots. Replace damaged nail-over style ridge vent and install new GAF Cobra Ridge Vent. Replace damaged sheathing as needed.
