Scope of work

Residential roof replacement to remediate storm damage in accordance with the 2021 IRC and City of Baton Rouge regulations. Remove existing damaged laminated composite shingles down to the 3/8” nominal plywood deck. Inspect and re-nail existing sheathing per code. Install high-performance synthetic underlayment and ice & water barrier in valleys and low-slope zones. Install new CertainTeed Landmark laminated composite shingles (Heather Blend color per Change Order #1) using code-mandated fastening patterns. Replace all accessory components including 423 LF of drip edge, universal starter courses, hip/ridge caps, continuous aluminum ridge vents, pipe jacks, exhaust caps, and specialized chimney flashing/crickets. All operations conform strictly to the executed contract and scope of work file D3-24028-HOLLEY.
