Scope of work
This project consisted of remodeling an existing front patio that was in poor condition. The existing front patio was demolished and replaced. No modifications were made to the existing roof structure. A new patio floor system was installed using 2” x 8” framing members, 12 feet in length, to support the floor. The new floor was constructed with tongue-and-groove decking. A total of eight (8) new columns were installed: Four (4) 8” x 8” x 8’ columns at the lower level. Four (4) 6” x 6” x 8’ columns at the upper level. New wood railings were also installed on all three sides of the front patio.
