Fortified roof main house - $13,300.00 Remove existing roof materials down to the wood deck Inspect plywood for bad/rotten wood. 1x6 board deck - Wood replaced will cost an additional $5/LF. Re-nail 1x6 tongue and groove decking, 2 nails each board along all rafters using 2 3/8” ring shank round head framing nails Install Ice & Water shield over the entire roof deck surface Install 26g Dripedge - nail every 4” in a staggered pattern. Fortified requires a 3” overlap. Two nails installed at each overlap. Install Double sided self-adhered starter Install Fortified approved Architectural shingles Install Ventilation- Miami Dade approved Replace all plumbing boots Install Hip & Ridge shingles Magnets are run throughout the install process. We will register your Atlas shingle manufacturer warranty.
