Scope of work

We will be remodeling the foyer, Front Room, Kitchen/Pantry, Living Room, Laundry, and 1/2 bathroom. We will be removing part of the back Living room wall and extending it out under the existing covered patio; no new roofing will be required. We will be relocating an existing gas line to a new gas range in the kitchen. We will be adding new lighting and outlets per plan.
