Scope of work

Remove old roofing system down to the decking.-Inspect decking for damage and replace materials as needed.-If any decking does need to be replaced, we will document the extent of the damage and have a conversation with the homeowner before proceeding.-Install new wide drip edge. Color: Brown-Install new ice/water rubber membrane on all penetrations, in all valleys.-Install new synthetic roofing underlayment.-Install 9 new Lead boots on plumbing vents.-Install 4 new 750 square vents.-Install 2 new 4-inch metal furnace vents.-Install 1 new snap cap dryer vent.-Install new ridge vent system.-Install new Certainteed starter shingles.-Install new Certainteed Landmark Pro architectural shingles (Color: DRIFTWOOD). Class 3 shingle.-Install new Certainteed Shadow Ridge capping shingles on all hips and ridges. (Color: DRIFTWOOD).-Clean, remove and haul away debris.-Ensure area around and near roof is magnetically swept to remove any metal debris and nails.
