Scope of work

(1) Backyard: remove and replace about 500 sq ft of concrete; replace planter soil with decorative rock; install 160 sq ft of grass; build an outdoor CMU fireplace about 8 ft tall 17-6 wide 3 ft deep with gas insert and outlets; add cedar planter boxes for soil retention; add stepping stone path. (3) North slope by driveway: build tiered rock retaining walls to stabilize soil below 13 ft driveway wall; four walls about 3.5 to 4 ft high and 6 to 8 ft wide; built with half to one man rocks mostly by hand due to limited access. The work will improve stability function and appearance while following city codes. .
