Scope of work
Installation of temporary seasonal fitting rooms within the existing retail sales floor of an occupied mercantile tenant space. Scope of work includes assembly and installation of prefabricated modular fitting room partitions and doors. The fitting room enclosures are non-load-bearing, approximately 8 feet high, open at the top, and mechanically fastened to the existing floor for stability. No ceiling attachment is proposed. The installation is temporary in nature and intended for seasonal retail operations only. All components will be removed at the conclusion of the seasonal program. No structural modifications are proposed. No changes will be made to occupancy classification, occupant load, exterior walls, storefront systems, or tenant demising walls. No modifications are proposed to fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, or other life-safety systems. The open-top design maintains existing sprinkler coverage and life-safety performance. Existing means of egress, exit access pathways, emergency lighting, exit signage, and ADA accessible routes will remain compliant and unobstructed.
