Scope of work

Remove existing roof flashings from curbs and parapet walls down to the surface of the roof. Remove existing flashings at roof drains and roof penetrations. - Replace Wet insulation at a predetermined per foot rate. - Remove skirt flashing, through wall counterflashing, perimeter edge metal and coping. To be replaced at the end of the project. - Install taper where needed, ponding water over a 48 hour puddle will not be accepted. - All internal drains must be snaked and cleared of debris then inspected for failed hardware. - Identified drains must be replaced with new lead drain inserts and hardware on a per unit basis with owners approval. - Where needed, Increase curb and penetration heights to 8 inches above new roof line. - Increase height of overflow drains to ensure that they are 2” above the new roof line. -Fully Adhere 1/2 primed coverboard using Insu-Lock HR per the provided wind uplift calculations ----Please include the cost of performing adhesion/pull tests in your bid. ---- - Fully adhere 1 layer of Kee fleece back membrane. Membrane will be fastened along perimeter and penetrations. - Replace all through wall scuppers per detail. - Install all ancillary components such as factory-made pipe boots, corners, t-joint patches, etc. as required by manufacturer to ensure watertight and warrantable assembly. - Terminate flashing membrane up and over the walls and secure using a termination bar set in gunable butyl, fastened every 12 inches OC. - Install new coated manufacturer’s clad metal at perimeter edge and scupper locations as needed and striped in following manufacturer’s specifications and warranty requirements.
