Scope of work

Make ext. Alt.: repair exist. Front deck elements including new decking, new wood framed steps, new step handrails, spot replacements of exist. Lattice, and new spindles within exist. Porch rail per approved plans, field inspections, and scope of work specs (see below). All existing joists/posts/piers to remain. No interior work.
