Scope of work

Exterior tenant improvement of existing 533,835 SF, type III-B construction shell building, S-1, B, A-3 and H-3 occupancy for package delivery service facility as a product sortation and delivery service. Extent of site exterior bldg work consist of parking lot striping modification, site lighting, new mech and elect equip and pads with screening. Minor sidewalk modifications, and a new concrete sidewalk to connect the new proposed associate parking lot to the entry of the building. Modifications of the existing southeast storefront will be required as well to raise the glass door to avoid the new spill- containment curb. New 2-inch water meter with backflow preventer: along with an existing 2-inch water meter, the two water meters will support a new 4-inch water supply line into the facility.
