Scope of work
Desert Uplands Envelope Lot - Construct Swimming Pool & Spa. All work related to swimming pool and spa is within the existing privacy fence and temporary fence. No new disturbance with this permit. The temporary fence is required to remain in place per the approved site plan at all times during construction. All areas out of the approved disturbance area shall remain undisturbed at all times. Property line fencing is not permitted. A separate zoning inspection is required prior to final building inspection. Reference temporary fence permit PMT26-016948. Construct A 656 SF swimming pool & 49 SF spa with natural heat. Installation of 60-ft OF 2-in pe gas line buried 18-in deep with 18 gauge tracer wire from gas meter to 400K btu pool heater. Polypipe gas size 2-in reduced to .75-in for two 42K btu fire woks. All gas lines to be installed per 2024 ifgc & com gas requirements. Com gas to determine if meter needs to be upgraded. All electric to comply with 2023 nec requirements.
