Scope of work

Construct a new single-family residence with 8695 SF of living space, 953 SF garage, and 742 SF of porches and/or decks. Minimum: 76.6’ front contextual setback; 15’ side setback(s); and, 20’ rear setback. Shall not exceed three stories. Must conform to all easements on property.
