Disable the existing EPDM roof membrane and leave in place, remove existing wall flashings, penetration flashings, perimeter trims, and gutter system. Mechanically attach (1) layer of 1” Polyisocyanurate Insulation cover board over the existing EPDM membrane to meet manufacturer specification. Install ¼” per foot tapered insulation as needed at the high side of the HVAC units to provide positive drainage.
