Scope of work
There are several places where the floors are dipped and sagging. Renovations to include remediation of structural components with regard to load bearing issues. Also the client would like to relocate the kitchen to a lower floor. While we have walls opened up the client would like us to evaluate some of the cast iron drains and possibly replace them. We will hang some new fixtures and move or add some electrical outlets. We will refinish some floors and install some new flooring as well. R8 Zoning. three bed two bath residence. only one kitchen allowed in residence. no increase to building footprint allowed this permit. no increase to height of residence allowed this permit. for every 50' site frontage, a 24 x 36 d/f sign must be placed in English and Spanish with information in regards to metro council bill 2017-835.
