Scope of work

Construct 25.7'x15.7' inground pool to rear of existing residence. Pool not to extend more than 12” above grade. If extending more than 12” above grade must comply with 5’ minimum side setback and 20’ minimum rear setback. Not to install over or obstruct any easements. R8/UZO.
