Install an inground spa 20' x 15' circular kidney style with a 6' x 6' round spa located to the rear of an existing a single-family dwelling. There is an existing wooden deck that we will just butt up next to the new pool and spa. The current pool area will be demoed and a new pool with spa will be installed. Not to be constructed over or obstruct any easements. Must comply with irc fencing codes and state of tennessee pool alarm laws. Proof of purchase for pool alarm attached. For every 50' site frontage, a 24 x 36 double faced sign must be placed in English and Spanish with information in regard to Metro Council Bill 2017-835.
