After further evaluation of site conditions, we determined the lot is not well suited for a slab-on-grade foundation. We are revising the house to a crawlspace foundation. The garage, front porch, and rear deck will remain concrete slabs. Attached are: - Updated architectural drawings from Myatt Architecture, including the revised foundation plan - Pier and girder layout for the floor system There are no changes to the footprint, setbacks, square footage, or height.
