This scope is to change the storage room to an office space for the CAT Financial project on level 1. They are wanting to revise this portion of the space with minor work such as move electrical outlets, add a wall, add a door etc. Since the layout and use is different we were advised to apply for a CACR permit under issued permit (2024020254). The square footage of the space is 300 sqft. See attached plans for your reference. Municipal Inspection Partners will be 3rd party plan reviewing this project.
