Scope of work

We were contracted to replace all of the siding/soffit/fascia gutters. Upon removal of the existing siding, we discovered that much of the framing of the home had significant rot and we had another sub-contractor called in to replace the framing in order for us to proceed with the original scope of work. This project was flagged by codes. RS10 Zoning. two bedroom one bath residence. remains single family residence. no increase to height of residence allowed this permit. no increase to building footprint allowed this permit. for every 50' site frontage, a 24 x 36 d/f sign must be placed in English and Spanish with information in regards to metro council bill 2017-835.
