This is a retroactive permit application. The homeowner found out that no permits were pulled by the previous GC they hired. We are helping them resolve the issue. The garage was previously existing. Neither the footprint nor the roof height has changed. The building is now a 515 SF DADU (adjacent to the alley) and a 250 SF workshop closest to the house.
