Scope of work

The clients had a previous contractor remove engineered hardwood and 1/2 subfloor in the majority of the downstairs area. In doing so, they cut the floor out and damaged most of the floor framing system. The floor consists of I-joists whose flanges were compromised by cuts (see attached photos in engineering letter). We have been hired to repair the floor framing system in accordance with the provided letter, lay new subfloor, re-install kitchen cabinets, lay LVP and provide/install finishes for the client (paint/trim/etc.). In addition to the framing work, we will be remodeling their master bathroom which will require relocating some plumbing. No change to existing building footprint. Home is to remain single family.
