Scope of work

Construct an inground pool 20' X 50’ located to the rear of an existing single-family dwelling transitioning to 7’ 6” wide, with a total surface area of approximately 940 sq ft. Water depth will be 4’ deep in the shallow end, transitioning to 5’ deep in the deep end. The pool will have an extended area with a water feature fountain from exterior to interior of the pool. Not to be constructed over or obstruct any easements. Must comply with irc fencing codes and state of tennessee pool alarm laws. Proof of purchase for pool alarm attached. For every 50' site frontage, a 24 x 36 double faced sign must be placed in English and Spanish with information in regard to Metro Council Bill 2017-835.
