Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten decking. Renail decking to roof joists using 8D ring shank nails every 4”. Install deck tape over all deck seams. Install OC ProArmor synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water shield in valleys. Install 26 gauge drip edge and OC self adhesive roll starter on rakes and eves. Install OC Class 3 shingles (approximately 22 squares with waste) over entire roof installing OC ProEdge shingles on all hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots. Install new ventilation. Haul away all debris
