Scope of work

Remove & dispose 1 layer of existing asphalt shingles down to original underlayment. - Remove & dispose up to 2 layers of existing underlayment, down to original wood deck. - Supply dumpster trailer for all waste and remove from site. - S & I ice & water shield peel & stick membrane 36" on center in all valley's. - S & I ice & water shield peel & stick membrane at all roof penetrations. - S & I 4" peel & stick membrane seam tape along all roof deck (plywood) seams. - S & I synthetic underlayment on all roof surfaces nailed 6" o/c at ALL laps & 12" o/c in between. - S & I 26 gauge pre-colored metal drip edge along all eaves & rake edges. - Existing step & wall flashing is to remain in place (roof to wall transitions). - S & I Owens Corning Duration architectural asphalt shingles c/w 6 nails/shingle. - s & i iko mfm peel & stick membrane starter along all roof edges. - S & I Owens Corning Hip&Ridge capping along all ridges & hips c/w 4 nails per cap. - S & I (2) pre-colored 14" wind turbine vents for adequate ventilation. - S & I new plumbing vent flanges, all gas burning & fan vents to remain in place. - All gas burning & fan vents are to be painted to match new shingles - Exposed flashing & vents to be secured with weather tight neoprene washer screws. - Complete full cleanup of the entire property and run a magnet throughout the yard. - Lower flat roof section is not included above. - Lower patio shingled roof section is not included above
