Scope of work

The general scope of work for this project is to renovate the guestrooms, guestroom bathrooms, parlor rooms, corridors, elevator lobbies, and vending areas as noted in the drawing and specifications on floors 4-13 and 29th Floor of the Hilton Riverside New Orleans Mainside Building One. This work includes, but is not limited to replacing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The scope also includes removal of existing FF&E items, and installation of new FF&E items as noted in the drawing and specifications, Scope also includes updating existing ADA guestrooms to be compliant with current 2010 ADAAG guidelines.
