Scope of work

• Flat roof: Remove existing TPO roof membrane. Conduct roof scan to detect any areas of moisture. Replace any insulation board at areas indicated by roof scan, otherwise maintain existing roof insulation. Existing roof drains and boots to remain. Install new 60-mil TPO roof over existing insulation. New flashing as required. All materials and installation per Fortified Multifamily Roof standard. • Mansard roof: Remove existing shingles and underlayment to plywood deck. Re-fasten deck with ring-shank nails. Install self-adhered membrane over the entire roof deck. Install bond-break synthetic underlayment over self-adhered membrane. Install new architectural asphalt shingles over underlayment. New flashings as required. All materials and installation per Fortified Multifamily Roof standard
