Scope of work
Remove all layers of existing roof to expose decking, Remove the existing couplola and set on the ground in the back, Install a fully adhered secondary water barrier membrane (ice and water shield) over the entire roof deck in place of the one layer of felt, install new drip edge around entire perimeter of roof, install precut starter strips on the perimeter of the roof, Install the Class 4 Impact Rated Atlas Pinnacle lifetime limited warranted architectural shingle according to the manufacturers specifications. (see manufacturer for warranty regarding the shingles), Install the Atlas Procut Hip and Ridge shingles on all hips and ridges according to the manufactures specifications, replace all lead flanges and galvanized jack and caps as needed, reuse all existing flashing, Remove the existing power vent. Install 1 new wind turbine in place of the power vent, Extra - Flashing Replacement - Remove the necessary siding at roof level, replace the existing flashings with a 26 gauge unpainted galvanized wall and apron flashing, and price accordingly. Reinstall existing siding. If unable to reinstall, replace to match as close as possible and price accordingly
