Scope of work

Base bid: the scope of work includes the demolition and New construction of balconies, select exterior doors, and all associated work. Phase 2a consists of work associated with units 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 401, 402 & the townhouses. This will also include the removal and replacement of all handrails associated with the second floor concrete balconies.
