Scope of work

Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten decking. If decking meets fortified requirements use 8D ring shank nails to nail decking to rafters every 4”. If decking doesn’t meet fortified requirements install 7/16 OSB over entire decking using 10D ring shank nails to secure to rafters every 4” (redeck not included in SOW, additional fee applies). Install MFM deck tape to all decking seams. Install OC U20 synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water shield in valleys and around penetrations. Install 26 gauge drip edge and OC roll starter on all rakes and eves. Install OC Duration Class 3 shingles over entire roof installing OC ProEdge shingles on hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots. Install new ventilation. Haul away all project debris
