Scope of work

● TMSR agrees to perform the following services at the above-listed property: ● Standard Installation Includes: ● Remove up to one (1) layer of existing roofing material ● Include up to two (2) sheets of decking for minor repair ● Inspect and confirm proper nailing of the roof decking ● Inspect and confirm all flashings( Chimneys, Dormers, and Sidewalls) ● Replace PVC pipe flashing with Bullet Boots (lifetime warranty) ● Install ice and water shield in valleys and around all roof penetrations ● Install synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck ● Secure each shingle with six (6) nails ● Install the self-adhering starter roll ● Install a new drip edge ● Install ridge vents, off-ridge vents, turbines, or power ventilators as needed. ● Remove and dispose of all job-related debris ● Clean out existing gutters (if applicable) ● Magnetically sweep the yard to remove nails and fasteners
