Note: I am not certain if the moisture stain on the wall are originating from the roof. I did note that the flashing at the base of the chimney is pulled up and there area some cracks at the base of the chimney just above the flashing. This estimate will address those issues but i am not sure if it will correct the moisture issue on the front wall, Resecure the existing copper apron flashing on the chimney in the front of the house, Apply VCC approved mortar mix to the front of the chimney in the cracked areas just above the counter flashing. Once all applicable photos have been uploaded, please email requesting permit closure
