Scope of work

Remove all layers of existing roof to expose decking, install a self-adhering 4" strip over all plywood joints in the roof decking, install a fully adhered secondary water barrier membrane over the entire roof deck in place of one layer of felt, install new drip edge around entire perimeter of roof, install precut starter strips on the perimeter of the roof, install a limited lifetime warranted architectural shingle with premium hip/ridge cap shingles, replace all lead flanges and galvanized jack and caps as needed, reuse all existing flashing including the skylight flashing, replace all lead flanges, change galvanized metal heater vent bases as needed and replace and existing "F" vents with new Once all applicable photos have been uploaded, please email requesting permit closure
