Scope for the Abdelghani Residence at 6421 Perlita Drive, New Orleans: Cabana / Outdoor Kitchen - The heart of the project is a new 248 sq ft detached, open-air outdoor kitchen cabana. It features a vaulted ceiling with a hip/asphalt shingle roof, Hardie board and board-and-batten siding, treated 6x6 posts wrapped in Hardie, and sits on a new slab with grade beams. The cabana houses a grill, burner, beverage cooler, hood, and trash pullout, with Bromic ceiling heaters overhead. Site Work - Demolition of an existing shed and concrete walkway, new cedar fence replacement, two new iron gates, subsurface drainage, and site clearing (keeping the Palm and Fig trees). MEP - New gas and water lines trenched ~100 LF to the cabana/grill area, electrical subpanel, lighting, heaters (alternate), and irrigation (9-zone Rain Bird system). Landscaping - Magnolias, mondo grass, ferns, zoysia sod, stepping stones, and steel edging per the planting plan. The current grand total is $180,660.05
