Scope of work

Remove the existing roof down to the wood deck. Haul away debris and dispose of properly. Multiple layers of roofing or excessive layers of felt may result in additional charges, Extra replace rotted/damaged 3/8" or 1/2" plywood decking at $3.95/sq.ft. Extra or rotted/damaged 1x decking at $4.75/ln.ft. Extra to above as needed, Nail the new decking per fortified requirements. See extra below for re-deck, Install a 1/2" cdx plywood decking over the existing skip sheathing on the entire roof of the house and garage,Install a self adhering 4" strip over all plywood joints in the roof decking. Note: if 1" x decking is present a full self adhering membrane will have to be installed in place of the 4" strips at an additional charge, Install one ply of ASTM D226 type II synthetic felt, Install new 26 gauge white drip edge around the entire perimeter of the house per fortified requirements, Install a peel and stick starter strip around the perimeter of the house per fortified requirements, Install a lifetime limited warranted architectural shingle with premium hip/ridge per manufacturers specifications. (see manufacturer for warranty details) atlas pinnacle pristine or equivalent, Replace all lead flanges. Replace galvanized jack and caps as needed, Replace all existing chimney, wall, apron, base and counter flashing on the roof.
