Scope of work

Remove all layers of existing roof to expose decking, Install the high temperature water barrier underlayment in the valleys and other designated areas of the roof, install one ply of synthetic felt, install new drip edge around entire perimeter of roof, install precut starter strips on the perimeter of the roof, install a limited lifetime warranted architectural shingle with premium hip/ridge cap shingles, replace all lead flanges and galvanized jack and caps as needed, reuse all existing flashing, remove the existing power vent and install new power vent, & replace existing wind turbine with a new one Once all applicable photos have been uploaded, please email requesting permit closure
