Scope of work
Remove, haul and dispose of existing asphalt roof shingles. Re-Nail roof decking using 2 3/8 ” full head ring shank nails installed every 4” along each rafter 2 boxes Install Ice & Water Shield under wall flashings and pipe penetrations. 2 rolls Install 2 layers of new synthetic felt fasten to deck 9 rolls Install 26ga drip edge with 2” face around perimeter of roof overlapping 3” with 2 nails in overlap. Remainder of drip edge will be nailed every 4” on a staggered nail pattern 33 pcs Install new metal roof jacks Install new metal base neoprene plumbing boots. 5 ea Install plastic cement along all wall flashings. 2 gal Install shingle over ridge vent across top ridges 12 ps Install edge seal around roof vents. 1 roll Install new roll metal along patio cover. 1 roll metal Install new peel & stick roll starter around perimeter fully adhered to drip edge. 10 rolls. Install new Limited Lifetime Class 3 Impact Architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles. 6 nails per shingle 122 bundles Install new Hip & Ridge capping. 9 bundles Any rotten or damaged decking will be replaced at an additional charge of $75.00 per sheet or $4.50 per lin ft for 1x6 plank decking. Workmanship Premise is guaranteed for 5 years. Includes Orleans Parish Permit to replace roof
