Scope of work
Demolition of drywall, metal stud framing, and tile mosaic flooring for single occupancy bathroom and replace pre-existing fixtures with same quantity new water efficient fixtures. New metal stud framing (none of the walls are load bearing) and cement board will be used throughout the space at TPU ECC facility. A new hard lid will be installed with a locking 2’ x 2’ maintenance access hatch installed. Bathroom contains: (1) wall-mounted sink (1) wall-mounted urinal (1) wall-mounted toilet and (1) shower. Adding one plumbing rough-in for a neighboring room for a future project and implementing a wet stack vent configuration on the drain for the future single vessel kitchen sink. No changes will be made to the HVAC. If plumbing & mechanical plans were submitted, the building permit only covers plan review. Separate permits will be required for fees & inspection.
