Scope of work

HVAC: 1. Replace two furnaces. 2. Add two heat pumps. 3. Modify existing ducting in exposed basement. 4. Install two air return ducts for attic and second floor--if feasible. Plumbing: 1. whole house plumbing repipe for floors 1-3. (where feasible) 2. replace existing water heater with instant water heater in basement. 3. change layout in both bathroom 1 and 2 on third floor: add tub to bathroom 1 and add shower to bathroom 2. 4. Add washer and dryer to third floor. 5. Delete two sinks: one in hallway on third floor and one in bedroom 5 closet. 6. Delete closet in bedroom 3 to expand shower in bathroom. 7. Delete closet wall opening in bedroom 5 to create a nook 8. Frame in closet opening in bedroom 2, and install the closet opening in M. Bedroom 9. Relocate sink vanity for bathroom 1 to be on shower wall. 10. Replace bathroom sink in bathroom 2 11. Install new gas fireplace in bedroom 3 12. Install new gas fireplace in living room, second floor. 13. delete two sinks in basement (floor 1) 14. repipe for basement washer 15. repipe to powder bathroom sink 16. repipe to kitchen and butlers pantry
