Scope of work

Due to the deterioration of the existing front porch, the surface and existing poll's moulding was replaced, in addition to the handrail being replaced. -The existing deck was covered in tongue and groove. It is replaced with cedar boards. Additional blocking was added around the outside perimeter of the porch to accommodated a 'picture frame' layout of the cedar boards. -The exiting poll's were wrapped with cedar boards and trim. It is replaced with cedar boards and exterior grade trim. -The existing 4x4 polls remain. -3 additional 4x4 posts (measuring approximately 34 inches tall) were added. Two 4x4 posts flank the staircase to support the handrail. The third 4x4 post is in the middle of the long span between original posts to support handrail.
