6026 Paris AveThe project is a renovation to a portion of the second floor to create a space for the pathways program classrooms. Pathways program is an accelerated college program operated in corporation with bard college. The program includes converting office, conference, and classroom space into (9) classrooms to house students in the accelerated program. The scope includes some wall demolition and small portions of New walls. This work is transitional to get the program into jfk. A future renovation project is being worked on which will reconfigure this entire area to better suit the program. Work added on first floor to build a partition wall for the media center
