Work will include: painting walls and ceilings, replacing floor finishes, replacing countertop finishes, replacing sink fixtures. New light fixtures in existing ceiling. Existing toilet partitions will be replaced in the same configuration with new finishes in Commercial Bldg. If plumbing & mechanical plans were submitted, the building permit only covers plan review. Separate permits will be required for fees & inspection. Field Revision#1 FRC26-0178 APPROVED 7.14.26 DRAWINGS (2).pdf: update to plans to show the correct number of existing fixtures on levels 2,3, and 4. Previous plans showed 3 toilets and 2 sinks at women's restrooms - should be 4 toilets and 3 sinks. Previous plans showed 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 2 sinks at men's restroom - should be 2 toilets, 2 urinals, 3 sinks. The valuation was based on site conditions; only the drawings were incorrect.
