Modification include converting 331 SF of group F-1 space into B occupancy conference room, new partitions and doors to create conf room with new ceiling, millwork, lighting and power, new ductwork from existing units. Improvements continue in existing training breakroom area to provide new countertop with sink and appliances with associated elec and plumb work. Scope includes Install of (3) EV charging stations at existing parking and adding lighting to existing flag pole, new 225A panel and elec meter. Less than 15 fire sprinklers will be added/relocated. Deferred fire alarm. Approved with comments. Results in CoC.
