Scope of work

Tenant improvement in existing type II-B construction, mix group S-1, B, H-3, S-2 and F-1 occupancy hanger facility at Mesa Gateway Airport. Modification include converting 331 SF of group F-1 space into B occupancy conference room, new partitions and doors to create conf room with new ceiling, millwork, lighting and power, new ductwork from existing units.
